The goal of this project was to design a toy. We began with a market analysis to assess existing products and identify areas for improvement. Parameters such as age, culture, and social environment were established. Given our target user’s age range of 1 to 3 years, we also considered the buyer in this context.
The design process involved sketching to explore various forms and ideas, ultimately refining our concept through iterative stages. We proceeded with 3D design to evaluate feasibility, analyzing materials and construction to ensure safety and compliance with quality standards.
Ta-Bo encompasses various categories including a walker, wooden puzzle, children’s furniture, and blackboard. The simple design philosophy allows children to interact freely, encouraging creativity without imposed rules or structured choices.
