I am a Versatile Creative Professional with over 6 years of experience working in various companies, assisting them in branding, storytelling, and enhancing their presentation to consumers and other businesses, both digitally and physically.

My greatest strength is addressing and resolving any challenges encountered along the way without letting obstacles stall progress, and I have a talent for quickly understanding new concepts across industries and roles.

I am passionate about challenges and assisting brands in discovering their unique voice and appearance. But mostly about fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and empathy within the society that surrounds us.

Please note that resume gaps were due to focusing on improving English through customer service upon arriving in Canada. After securing my Permanent Residency, I resumed my professional path.

Sales Coordinator

For Encore Global at Fairmont Chateau, Four Seasons, Hilton Resort and Delta Hotels.

Hybrid position. Support the Event Technology team in selling equipment and services for events of varying sizes. Handle sales orders ranging from $5k to $80k, manage sales-related activities, project management and offer general administration support such as order entry, opportunity management, billing, and customer follow-up. Aim to maximize revenue while ensuring adherence to event profit guidelines. Address client needs by attending meetings and resolving concerns, questions, and issues.

Freelance

June ‘21 – Now

Working Freelancer as a graphic designer and social media manager for various local companies in Whistler. (Whistler Harvest, Lemyre Construction, Squamish MTB Academy, Babysitting Whistler, and Babysitting Tofino)

Marketing Manager

Co-op at Whistler Harvest. Translate marketing concepts into brand assets for print and digital platforms. Manage online brand presence across social media by creating engaging content and building an authentic brand identity.
